The U.S. government has released at least two Russian nationals behind some of the most notorious cybercrimes of the past decade. 

Vladislav Klyushin had sensitive connections to the Russian government and Russian military hackers, prosecutors said.

The material includes information on non-related people and phone records, and Russian businessmen possibly associated with the Trump administration, according to a court document.
